Bleach! We have a garden hose that runs hot and cold water so I ran hot water over the top of the van for a bit then poured straight bleach on it to mix with the hot water, waited about 20 or 30 seconds (you could see the sap turn yellow) then sprayed it off with the hot water, instantly took most of it off, just had to wipe it down with a soft cloth and it was all gone, of coarse I tested this in a small spot first and it worked perfectly, I figured the top is made out of fiberglass and not painted so it wouldn't change the color.
