Default coach battery

If I disconnect the coach battery, I cannot start my rialta. Connect the coach and the vehicle starts without doing anything but turning the key. Replaced the solenoid, circuit beaker. The aux. switch will start the vehicle with the primary battery disconnected and the coach connected. With the primary battery only connected the dash will light up but will not start. Maybe the starter solenoid? thanks, jim

Either a bad chassis battery (unlikely) or a loose connection (most likely). The front and rear batteries are connected together at the starter. Since you do get dash lights, there is some sort of connection, but if it's not solid you won't be able to get enough current to start the engine.
