Default HELP!! Rialta Newbie

Just bought (less than 24hrs ago) 2000 Rialta QD. I have a few questions.

What does the black knob next to the water heater switch under the closet cabinet do?

No light in dashboard. Did turn dial next to headlight control. Didn't help.

Seatbelt are impossible to buckle. The part the seatbelt snaps into is on floor can't reach to fasten. Someone must fasten, but that won't work when traveling alone. HELP!!!

The black knob adjusts the heat out put of the heater. Lift up the closet floor and you will see this valve operated by the cable black knob.

Check the dash lights at night as they are very dim. Some members have add LED light to inprove seeing the gagues.

Get you some short bungee cords that have the round ball on the end. Loop around the seatbelt and tighten and then shove the ball between the seat back and seat. This keeps the seatbelt next to the seat and out of the way. Do both sides this way.

You may want to join these Rialta groups for information, maintaince, modifications, and problem solving: Yahoo Rialta Groups, Big Tent.com Rialta site, http://www.rialtainfo.com/ The best modification is to save your transmission by adding an external cool, you will find this info on the sites.
