Default Rusty Floor

I just bought a 96 Rialta with 40k miles for 3k. It looked like a million dollars until I looked underneath it, it has very little floor left. I have a hard time believing that it could look so good from the outside and be so bad underneath!

Please be sure to look closely at the rear springs to make sure that it has not protruded to the inside of the MH. This has happened to a lot of the early LeSharos from rusting out. Your price of $3K can turn into $15K repairing the rust to make it roadworthy. Please be safe in driving this Rialta.
