spring leaf

Hi, i'm from Quebec and my writting is terrible. I really need help on how to reinforce or change the spring leaf on my Rialta 1999 QD. The problem is that i don't have the part number and i don't know who made them originally. They are not standard spring leaf, i think they are parabolic spring leaf and nobody in Quebec can help me. By any chance, does someone as the part number or have a solution to solve my problem.
