Default LP regulator with hi & lo pressure taps

These two-stage Marshall Excelsior propane regulators have high and low pressure taps. https://www.marshallexcelsior.com/si...Regulators.pdf

Most quick-connects seem to be rated for low pressure but high pressure quick-connects are available.

That's pretty slick, would be a good replacement for the "not very high" but 10-15 psi Roadtrek QD setup that won't run a lot of the high pressure stoves and grilles, but is to high for the low pressure stoves and grilles.
