Default Need female seatbelt setup for early 90's Dodge RT

Specifically a 93 RT. The seat belt for the passenger likes to undo itself whenever it feels like it.

Maybe dirt in the buckle?
Maybe broken or weak spring?

You can always get a replacement from a junkyard.

That's a good idea by BBQ. Not sure if a universal style would fit. Autozone has some.

Be careful with new aftermarket. I was looking for a seatbelt for another purpose and saw some that were pure junk--wouldn't protect a puppy in an accident. For one you know is not junk, find a junk yard.

You might check this out: Beam's Seatbelts

This company started here in Oklahoma City and for years made seat belts for the big truck manufacturers in the US like International Harverster, Peterbilt, etc. They sold out and I have lost touch with the company and the gentleman that started the company is no longer living.
