Default Access to Rear Turn Signal Light Bulb in Roadtrek 2007 210 Chevy 3500 Van

We have a 2007 Roadtrek 210P on a Chevy 3500 Van and when we use the right turn signal it makes a FAST turn signal sound. We googled it and I guess that means there is a bulb going bad. So we checked all the turn signal lights outside and at the right rear there is no turn signal light at all. Does anyone know how to get access to change it? It looks like maybe from the inside rear door frame? We removed 2 screws there and was able to remove a panel but what next? There are 2 more screws and a cut out with a wire running through it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Keep going, remove those 2nd pair of screws. The lamp housing will pull out, twist the lamp socket to remove the bulb.
I had a bulb pop out of the socket when driving over a very rough road.
