Default Another question about RT 210's.

I've seen a 2006 210 with only a 4 cu ft refrigerator. However, it has a drawer under it. If the 4cf fridge needed to be replaced, could the 5cf fridges be substituted, after the drawer was removed?

Don't see why not. You'll have to remove the drawer and measure everything to know for sure.

I "think " I have a 5 cf Dometic frig in our 210 2008 RT . There is no drawer under the frig. Maybe they changed the size between those years/models.
I will tell you that there seem to be more than a 1cf "feel " between the 2 sizes .
We had a 4 cf on our boat and the 5c in the rv "seem" like more that a 1cf difference. I'd put in the 5cf if I had the choice
safe travels

When we were looking at RTs in that time frame, we ran in to 210s that had a big frig under the countertop, and that was a no-no for very short DW because the countertop was higher. Others had a big frig in a cabinet with the standard height countertop, IIRC.

My guess would be that the bigger frig would fit, but you really would need to measure to be certain as the frig models may also have changed since then.

I would check the inlet and outlet air vent locations on the outside of the van. The larger fridge may require a different vent location. Best to compare a 2005 4 cu-ft setup with the 2006 or later 5 cu-ft setup.
