Roadtrek Adventurous jackknife seats conversion?

Have you heard of anyone doing a conversion of the jack knife seats without seat belts to something like those in the airstream interstate? They're not much different but they're more full fledged and have seat belts. I live in southern california and if you know of anyone who does these types of fabrications, please let me know.
