Default Any ideas for webasto heater intake muffler

I'm trying different types of methods, seems its difficult to completely eliminate the high pitch whine. I tried a long foam tube with a foam air filter on the end and its still pretty loud. The factory exhaust muffler works fine I have plenty of room under the van to work with.

12$, it's not even worth trying a DIY method!

Good Luck
