Default Filling water tanks on roadtrek

Hi, I tried filling the water tanks on my 08 rt pop...With city water fill..it only fills the front tank..then spills out..it thought it would fill both like it does when I use the door fills..what am I doing wrong. Thanks linda

It sounds like you need to to set the fill valves.

Yep, those tubing going from the lower to upper tank is very small compared to the big gravity fill tubing, so it will be slow from city water. You would be similarly slow if you tried to fill both tanks through the inside tank fill port in the rear as it would use the same plumbing.

Yes iv notist that..well the gas tank is just as bad.
Just have to live with it..thanks..linda

The gas tank fills much easier, if you can get the front of the van to be nose down. This can be done if the ground at the station is not level, or you can pull up onto a set of your leveling blocks.

In my 2003CV190 you need to select the other tank with the valve under the sink then it will fill.
