    Inspection for new Roadtrek purchase:
    I'm working w an owner of a 2011 Roadtrek Versatile with 49,000 miles that I'm interested in purchasing located in Miami, Florida. The Onan generator has 46 hours on it and had to replace the carburetor this year. The driver's seat leather is worn off in patches and the owner doesn't know why it did that. Any recommendations other than seat covers? I will order a full RV and motor inspection. Do any of you have any other recommendations? Thanks
