Nice link.

I haven't see that 3 burner plus sink combo unit before. It gives you some useable counter space in front.

It has a flat lid cover over the burners when not in use so counter space is available most of the time. You would have to be a very dedicated gourmet cook to use 3 burners in an RV designed for two people. That's just plain overkill for differentiation from others and incitement glitz to sell to inexperienced RVers. At home we may have three burners going for a Thanksgiving dinner for several people (17 this year) but rarely if ever any other time. The sad thing is Winnebago probably does not give you an option for a smaller stove top or even its elimination entirely as a lot of RVers I know are doing.

Definitely has ample storage, although the bed is a bit narrow because of the size limitations due to the van door slide-out. For one person, it may be fine, two, it might be a bit of a squeeze. Plus, both people would have to agree on when the bed goes down versus up.

Maybe I'm crazy, but I like the 70A floorplan a lot more, just because it can have one person asleep in the back, while someone else is eating or reading a book up front.

I like a countertop that you can fit a couple of plates on with the stovetop operational.

3 burners:
pancakes, sausages, kettle  DW's got to have her tea.
pasta, sauce, sauteed mushrooms

Now I'm hungry :D

Does anyone know who makes the 3 burner plus sink combo unit?

Are there ventilation requirements for stove tops in RVs like there are for residential stove tops?

I guess we wouldn't need the 3 burner, as our 2 burner hasn't been used in the 6 years we have had the Roadtrek    Good that the cover is usable as counter, that is what we do with ours.

I've seen a few 3 burner stovetops in higher end european vans. I can see it's usefulness to some people, but I'd rather have the extra counterspace. I don't get the need to have it integrated with the sink.

My teardrop trailer has a two burner unit integrated with the sink. It's a nice piece. I guess if a pot boils over, it makes cleanup little easier I suppose.

My kettle is on the stove 24/7, so maybe it would be nice to have 2 free burners and have the kettle available. I do have a griddle accessory that takes two burners.

Many eurovans also have what they call a cooker - it's a broiler & oven unit. Probably those are popular because of rainy conditions and wanting to grill inside. I'd love to have one of those instead of a microwave.

How come you never see sprayers with the sinks? That's something I think most folks would like to have.

At our house I use an over the range microwave with an exhaust hood built in and I recycle the air inside through a filter. I don't think there is a residential requirement. It just makes sense to control exhaust. My two Class Bs both had Fantastic Fans near the stove top. That had to suffice. Still it is best to cook bacon outside. :)

We are not getting a built in stove top. We opted for a portable single burner electric induction cooktop.
