Thanks. Yes, they seem to be drains. Any idea how to open/close them? I turned them but doesnt seem to happen anything. The fresh water tank is full. May be, I need to pull them up to open the valve?

I am trying to understand the RV water system. I figured out most of it, except for the below 2 valves.

Any idea what they are and how they work?

Real basic question. As the water is pumped out from fresh water tank to faucets, air has to fill the empty space in the tank. Where does this air come into the tank? The water fill and city hook up...
