I have a 1994 Intervec Falcon on a Ford E350. Smog guys tell me I have a vapor leak coming from the gas tank. I have had two different mechanics say they tried to drop the tank to replace the vapor...

I think he is asking too much. I bought a 1994 Intervec Falcon on an E350 chassis last year for $10K. No generator, but everything else is nice. 54,000 miles.
