We had the same situation with our RT. Turned out the frost valve had to be replaced. Not sure why it went bad. Doesn't it mostly just sit there? We were never in enough cold to trigger it.

We made an appointment to take it to a RoadTrek dealer about 65 miles away (the closest) because the spaces are too tight for us to get into. We're hoping this dealer knows what he's doing. :o

It's a valve under the driver side back bench seat. If the temperature drops into the mid to low-30's, it will open, draining the water from the heater and water lines to prevent freezing damage.
