Now that I look at the Panoramic OCCC sticker that was posted on the Facebook group, I'm not sure if the passenger capacity is just separated out from the cargo capacity.

It shows a 303 kb cargo...

Other than maybe needing to heat them in very cold weather, I think the Lithium batteries themselves are just fine. My hesitation is more around the big, complicated, expensive Volta/Lithionics/etc....
