RE: Class B Micro Camper

Don't forget Robert Morehead Design Labs. He builds on just about anything. His work looks great on line. I'm thinking about seeing him to upfit my 14 GC.

Re: BORN FREE MOTORHOMEs?

Isn't it a pain to have to pull out the sofa to make the bed every day? That's been my main complaint about the Born Free and most B+ units I've seen.

Re: Flooding at RV dealership

You may have heard about the tornado that hit Arkansas on April 27. Mayflower RV, on I-40 across from the town of Mayflower, north of Little Rock, was totally destroyed. They said something like 60...

Re: Grand Canyon

Davydd,

That's similar to our thoughts, though I would prefer longer. But, DW doesn't want too long. Our old Falcon gets about 12.7 mpg and I'm not looking forward to the gas expense. I've been...

Re: Grand Canyon

Thanks again for the replies. Right now, it looks like late March or early April would be best for us. We're saving summer for our dream trip to Alaska.

Re: no dogs in QC "national" parks??? + recoms

The state of Connecticut also bans pets in all state parks. Two state operated parks, not state parks, allow dogs. One is north and the other is far east side of state. I stayed at the east...

Re: Grand Canyon

Thanks for the input.

The one time I visited GC was maybe 29 years ago in mid Feb as I recall. My brother and I camped in the back of his pickup or SUV. I remember snow in places, but it wasn't...

94 Dodge AC duct closing

Hi All,

My 94 Dodge Falcon class B has a problem with the dash AC vents closing on hills, and the blower usually gets very loud. I'm assuming this is a vacuum problem, but I don't know where to...

I need a manual for my newly acquired 1994 Falcon class B. I have manuals for the Dodge van and most of the appliances, etc., but nothing for the overall coach. I'm looking especially for...

Re: Dodge issues

I've wanted to stay away from a dealer, but it might be worth it for piece of mind. Every time a take a car to a dealer, I say never again. Besides the high cost, the repairs often are not correct or...

Re: Dodge issues

I haven't noticed an ABS or brake light being on. It just feels strange for the brake pedal to have no travel. It stops fine. I guess a trip to a brake shop is in order.

Slipbobber, I'll be sure...

Thanks for the replies. When I bring it home, I'll have these checked, along with some normal maintenance that is long overdue.

We are really looking forward to getting out in the Falcon....

Dodge issues

Hi All,

I finally bought a 94 Falcon 190 with 80K miles. It seems to be in good condition overall. However, It makes a very loud racket when the wheels are turned fairly sharp to the left or...

FYI, the deal fell through. I've since found a 94 Falcon, and will pick it up this weekend. I'm getting anxious.

Re: 99 Pleasure-Way

Thanks again for the comments and suggestions. I'm going to pass on the extended warranty and take it to a garage, probably a Dodge dealer, for a thorough checkup before buying it.

Re: 99 Pleasure-Way

Thanks for the replies. That is good advice to get it checked by a Dodge dealer. I'll set that up before making the purchase.

Have a great day, all.

Hi All,
I'm looking at purchasing a 99 Pleasure-Way Excel TD. The coach and van appear to be in great shape. However, I'm worried about the high mileage, 93K. Since I plan on extensive travel,...
