Did you clean the filter? Make sure you get all the air out 100% from everywhere. Sometimes the slightest air in one of the hot or cold lines will do this.

Yes took out the twist outlet and installed the new smart plug. Three wires and 4 screws. RT did have solid number 10 wire it worked, but a lot nicer if stranded wire was there.
