Yes it does have the factory hitch. I have gone ahead and ordered the 3063-P wiring harness and a Tekonsha Primus IQ brake controller. Thanks for the assistance.

Good advice. The 5,000 lb towing capacity comes from the spec sheet in the 2018 Pleasure Way brochure. Having said that, I will investigate further.
