How do I find more of these exterior door clips?

I have several of these exterior storage door clips on my 2000 explorer. Most of them are broken and I'd like to replace them, but I can't find anything similar. Does anyone know what I should search...

How do you fill the rear tires on an Xplorer 230xlw?

I have an Xplorer 230xlw with the dual rear wheels. I wanted to put some more air in the tires, but I can't get the rear hubcap off? The fronts came off easily enough, but the back cover is stuck.
