Your location shows as Washington. I doubt even to BC it would be much under $20, they are made of heavy steel so there is some weight there.

I've done this. I used "Synflex" air...
I've done this. I used "Synflex" air line...that's what's used on semi trailers. It's cheap and the fittings are all compression, no special tools or skills needed to install.
