well they did have a battery balancer put on it...

well they did have a battery balancer put on it in kitchener. I do not know if it caused the issue but that is the only thing i know different however we need to know what they meant

i was reading the etrekblog and they say roadtrek said the lithium batteries were on 'backorder'.

maybe roadtrek is not making it's own batteries?
