It has 4 seat belts up front.
Mind you, the dinette seats are ok for dinner or work. I am not sure about long-distance travel.

Sleeps 2 in the rear...

Those retractable steps are the worst thing in any RV.
The road salt will eat it alive.
That's why Winnebago replaced them with fixed running board last...
