Took van to Freightliner Sprinter shop that I normally use. They can get Michelin Defender LTX tires that are new (dated less than 6-months) but their supplier did say they are being "phased out".

From the ratings I’ve read the Michelin XPS Ribs have excellent wear, but lack in wet traction. They are definitely a truck tire.
