There is an auxiliary gravity dump connection on our Roadtrek RS Sprinter to use if the macerator fails, I think this is pretty standard on Roadtreks, at least most seem to have them.

I think some people think the macerator is an expensive item, I bought a spare for $120 on Amazon and carried it in case I needed it, never did but if I needed it I had it. If it was simply a broken...
