Re: Coach House Arriva V24 TB — Twin Beds — Sprinter

I didn't ask about dry baths. I've just been discussing them. I've made up my mind and preference for a wet bath as the one I had in our Pleasure-way Plateau and Great West Van Legend had plenty of...

Re: Coach House Arriva V24 TB — Twin Beds — Sprinter

No matter how you cut it, a B has very limited storage capacity compared to other RVs. Putting in a dry bath and separate shower chews up a lot space in a B. The paradox is a dry bath is sought for...

Re: Coach House Arriva V24 TB — Twin Beds — Sprinter

I see it now. That is a strange design, BTW. Are they serious about putting the refrigerator inside the bathroom? That bathroom kills a lot of space for a shower that is not much bigger than a wet...

Re: Coach House Arriva V24 TB — Twin Beds — Sprinter

Bob,

Where are the plans without slides? I'm only seeing plans with slides on that website.

Re: Coach House Arriva V24 TB — Twin Beds — Sprinter

actually david they will do just about anything you want-you will pay for it though. you usually find the non -wet baths in the pictures they have in the plan it yourself section.

Re: Coach House Arriva V24 TB — Twin Beds — Sprinter

Somebody will have to educate me on Sportsmobile. There are a lot of options and you can put plans together any way you wish but I see nowhere on their site where you can install a separate shower...

Re: Coach House Arriva V24 TB — Twin Beds — Sprinter

Slim,

With your criteria of full dry bath and no slides the only B that remotely comes close is the Coach House Arriva (https://www.coachhouserv.com/model-V24.php). But I don't see how you can get...

Re: Coach House Arriva V24 TB — Twin Beds — Sprinter

Have I dismissed functionality and comfort in my discussion and criteria? I admit, I am concentrating on Class Bs and this all started with a shower stall. Just pointing out if you desire more you...

Check out the Leisure Travel Vans Serenity and Unity and others. They...

Re: Coach House Arriva V24 TB — Twin Beds — Sprinter

The Airstream Interstate is an example of minimalist graphics as I mentioned but it is no where near as stealthy as an Advanced RV. It still has the visible vents, covers, compartments on the...

Re: Coach House Arriva V24 TB — Twin Beds — Sprinter

Mike,

Advanced RV has no visible vents, covers, carriers, graphics or add-ons. With the continuous strip tented windows they look more like passenger vans. You cannot even detect they have...

Re: Coach House Arriva V24 TB — Twin Beds — Sprinter

Mike,

The points I am making about "begging" are three-fold. First, if you are hooked up to city water you are going to get a much more satisfying shower stream from the pressure than with a...

Re: Coach House Arriva V24 TB — Twin Beds — Sprinter

Slim,

I was where you are now nine years ago. I had bought a vintage Airstream trailer two prior years to that only because I thought they were a cool design (and I still do). However, I knew when...

Re: Coach House Arriva V24 TB — Twin Beds — Sprinter

A lot of Sprinter Bs are coming on the extended chassis which BTW is 16" longer not 2 feet longer. Airstream, Great West Vans, Winnebago and Advanced RV build models on a 24'-1" chassis. I just...

Re: Coach House Arriva V24 TB — Twin Beds — Sprinter

Probably a necessity since the air conditioner is in the back and over the bathroom and can't directly dump. But since they have to do it, they turn it into a supposed positive point. I've never felt...

Re: Coach House Arriva V24 TB — Twin Beds — Sprinter

They surprisingly get a lot of storage in the Arriva. Since almost all the storage is inside the van with little back area storage (i.e. under and behind the beds) it is for the more refined tourer...

Re: Coach House Arriva V24 TB — Twin Beds — Sprinter

There are some interesting aspects to the Arriva but I will tell you right now I am never going to sit outside to watch TV with my sliding door wide open. Where is this bugless utopia? :D

Re: Coach House Arriva V24 TB — Twin Beds — Sprinter

Minneapolis has an RV show next weekend but I doubt we'll see this one there. They haven't even built or published photos of an actual van yet have they?

I'm have a duh! moment here. Couldn't you...
