So when there are no charge sources the house will draw down the lead acid's, and the lithium will replenish them from a .3v higher state?
What stops the lead acids from draining the lithium below...

The loop from the lead acid -> relay -> DC/DC -> Lithium -> diode and back to the lead acid looks like a perpetual motion machine to me. :D
