I believe"emergency" info can be accessed ny anyone finding the phone - even if the phone is password locked - makes sense I guess!

I used the Road ID bracelet when I was motorcycle touring, but to be honest, the "laser engraving" of the info didn't seem to hold up too well to normal wear and became quite hard to read - I suppose...
