Also, have you done any individual disconnected cell testing or monitoring after the event? I was wondering if they rest at similar voltages or are some way different from others after say 96hrs at...

It would appear that Over Voltage, Over Current (possibly), & Over Temperature protections all failed to kick in.

Could the fault lie with whatever disconnect...
