If the specs list 7000 lbs towing unloaded, before options etc. then you might have close to 5000 lbs actual towing capacity. It should be more than 3000 lbs. but your quick calculation looks to be...

Parking is important. My preference is in the garage. Plugged in all the time. Fridge off until we cool it down prior to a trip.

MSRP on the 70A at Lichtsinn Motors is around $105,000. Take 18% off that and you're at $86,000 which is very close to the sale price Rok saw.

I'd be really tempted by the Era as well for a new Sprinter based unit at $85,000. That's like $30,000 to $40,000 less than most of the competition.
That would pay for years of travel.

In 2005 we bought a used 2004 Roadtrek that, according to the dealer, hadn't been slept in. We thought we were in a new vehicle on the lot.
Just keep checking dealer inventories.
