Lou - You probably have a Progressive Dynamics converter / charger.

If so, it could either be a PD9100 Series or PD9200 Series. Probably 45 amp.
For faster charging you need either a PD9100...

Short answer: generally speaking, Yes.

That assumes it is setup like a traditional RV. Some newer Roadtreks might not charge using the Onan generator. (Owners of new CS models...
