I disconnected the electronic governor. It was just a wire with a plastic connector to the harness.

Apparently how this thing works, it wastes alot of power holding to the 20 mph. Throttle would...

I did a simple mod to make this bike go 28mph. Now hills are no problem and no hit to battery life.
