Hmm, so Rob Baker (same name associated with Max4RV) posted a job listing for a sales rep for another company M3 Motors that is upfitting Nissan NV vans to buid a "Tour Sport RV" for $79K.

It does seem too good to be true. I also checked on google street view, but thought it's possible the "for lease" warehouse in Dallas shown is just an older image.

But their purchasing page sounds...
