Can the driver's seat on the Zion recline? There's a cabinet right behind it. Why do they insist on putting the cabinet's so close to the drivers seat?

That part is called the Overhead Console. Part number for the console itself is 1ZR27LA6AB (~$200). The entire assembly looks close to $500.
