Since nobody responded...... :( we finally figured out these anchors are for use when attaching an infant car-seat to the 2nd row seats........

We have a 2003 QD. There is a small rectangle-shaped metal bracket coming up from the floor directly behind both 2nd row seats. Can anyone tell me what these are for? Looks like they are made...
