Bruce as a suggestion I did tap it, no luck, I was ready to get a sledge hammer, but no, I gave up, a good friend and former co-worker, also retired has his on RV Repair Business...

The fuse on the right was blown, replaced it, I am going to try to tap the disconnect gently with a handle of a screwdriver, would be something if that worked, lol.
