My Foamie build after 6 years in the AZ sun. Wall are 2" dense foam covered 10 2 layers of 9 oz painters canvas soaked in Titebond 2 and painet with exterior paint., there is no rigid structure. All through out the build I used small pieces of 3/4" plywood glued to foam with Gorilla glue for hard points. I have added a 200 watt solar system with 100ah lithium battery, Victron 100/15 controller, and 1000 inverter. Also installed a 45 amp shore power converter and a/c breaker panel
