I am looking at a 2024 Wildwood 31kqbts. The brochure says the dry weight is 8573 lbs with a cargo weight of 1292 lbs (9865 lbs total). The unit I'm looking at has a dry weight sticker from the factory of 9468. That would only leave a cargo capacity of 397 lbs. Can this actually be correct?

Does anyone know what this is? The hole has been there since we bought the trailer, and we figured it was some sort of drain and then water started leaking out of it out of nowhere when we unhooked the water, and it just looks like a pipe hanging from it. Any help is appreciated.

Hello, I have a 2021 Wildwood 29vbud. We cannot camp when it is above 80 degrees with sun shining. My camper is always just as hot as being outdoors. It cools down at night when the sun goes down. Sucks when you buy it brand new and the AC has never worked. Anybody have issues like this?
