Hello all you RV-ers,:

I am new to this sport and just recently purchased a oldie but goodie (I hope) RV. I think she may need new R-side windows--living in a rainforest may insist on this. There has been some leaking and some very heavy rain and winds lately here on Vanocouver Island. Should I bite the bullet and get these custom made or is it wise to look for used?

Where are they leaking? Around the frame? The window itself? I'm not quite sure even the type of window that you are describing. Can you post a pic?

You’ll likely pay big money to have one custom built to vehicle safety standards. I believe those ones are made by Creation windows which no longer are around of course. There are auto glass places and rv places that should be able to figure out what part of the window has failed and perhaps fix it. It may be as simple as one of the gaskets or it may just need to be resealed. If you ask on a PW forum, you’d get more relevant answers from others with the same rig as you.
