Here's the rundown:
This is a 2000 Dodge RoadTrek 190 Popular, also called a 190P. It's built on a Dodge 3500 van chassis with 360 V8. Automatic transmission with overdrive. 133,000 miles.
This is a clean, nice RV. Every system works: house AC, range, water heater, cabin heater, generator, shower, and it has a newly installed toilet. The dump hose is new. There are NO leaks. The refrigerator works properly on AC, 12V and gas. The generator functions well and can power the AC when needed.
Accessories are included to load water, dump, with dishes and utensils in the kitchen. There's a gas grill stored in the back end - you're ready to drive away and camp! Propane leak detector and carbon monoxide/smoke detector have just been replaced.
We added a 24-inch TV with built in DVD player and streaming capability. Use the hotspot on your phone and you can stream TV anywhere you have a cell phone signal.
This van has brand new Michelin tires with less than 1000 miles on them. The front end has just been gone through with $5,000 worth of work: upper and lower ball joints were replaced, steering track bar adjustment and front end alignment, wheel bearings were inspected and repacked, and new front and rear shocks were installed. Headlights have been aligned, rear differential fluid was replaced, automatic transmission fluid and filter were changed, cooling system was flushed and new antifreeze installed, brake fluid was replaced, and engine oil and filter were replaced. We have averaged about 16 MPG with this on the few trips we have taken.
This RoadTrek is solid, clean, has new tires and thousands of dollars worth of maintenance just carried out. The decorative exterior striping shows some age, there is a small linear dent on the right rear quarter panel just above the wheel well (shown in photos) and the fiberglass side panels have some minor damage that is repairable if you're very picky. More photos are available. RoadTrek is one of the most trusted Class B vans you can own.
