2006 Popular 190 double door top seal

I washed my van today and noticed a fair amount of water got in the van at the double doors on the passenger side. I've noticed the seal is not in great shape for some time.

Here's the rear seal which is in great shape.

The back of both seals look like the picture below

Is this a DIY fix, and if so what materials would I use?

I have a 210P and needing the side door seals with not much clue as how
to order the correct one. Waiting to see what answers are provided.
