The van has always driven well and still does. We installed a macerator to make dumping the tanks easier. Replaced front brakes completely and front sway bar links & body bushings, 01/11/24. The Dometic refrigerator and the Cool Cat AC/HP have been replaced new. The house portion does have some minor blemishes and a couple of nuisance problems a good handy man could deal with. See in Rockville MD.

The picture of the rear of our Roadtrek shows the sleeping area as we like it. I have added some cushions to extend the middle area just far enough so one can still mount a table where it goes. The Roadtrek came with a small bedside type cabinet between the beds, also cushions that go along the walls to make seating areas facing the middle those can be replaced.
I attempted to add a text file with a history of all maintenance work but that does not seem to have worked. The pictures and the history can be seen on facebook.com/BillD.80plus if interested.
