2025 Roadtrek Agile SS Battery Issue

I have an issue with low voltage alarm on a 2025 Roadtrek Agile SS. ONe of the batteries shows a communication error, and 0 volts. The other is showing 12.7 V and no issues. I did a complete reboot of the entire system by shutting down the battery system, and waiting about 10 minutes to let the entire system drain of any transient voltage, and restarted with no change. I checked for any loose wires, connections, or any other physical evidence of a loose wire or terminal. Everything is fine. No water. No excessive high temperature. The camper van is 1 year old. Any suggestions?

Try checking the battery fuse and the communication cable at that battery. It may have gone into protection mode, or the BMS may not be waking up. Since it’s still new, let Roadtrek or the battery maker handle it under warranty before going too deep.
