This probably seems odd , but has anyone ever made an interior of a raised top van to look like a retro 50's look ? i have been looking on the internet and so far haven't found what looks like someone who has done it .
Thought it would be interesting , their are people who do this in their homes , to camper trailers , i have seen where people have made some volkswagens to look retro 50's in the seats (in back ) etc.
i would like to find a class b van done that way but so far haven't found any articles or pictures, video's etc.

I'd like that look.
I think of Youngstown Kitchens when I think of a Fifties look.

Lots of white, bold splashes of red, polished stainless steel or chrome trim, rounded edges, Formica..........

I haven't seen any campervans fitted out with that look.

Actually, my feeling is that a lot of what is done in a class B is similar to 50's styling. The rounded cabinet corners, for instance are used in a number of Sprinter models--for safety, I presume, but the "look" is the same. The "diner" formica might look good if you were going to upgrade an older rig, but I think the general buying public would not like that look in a new class B. A lot of stainless is used in both modern Class Bs and 50's kitchens. Weren't the cabinets in the 50's often enamalized metal. I don't think that would fly in a motorhome because it "would fly" :) in an accident.

There is a lot of stainless in the modern Airstream travel trailers, and a lot of 50's look to me, too. Quality never goes out of style. Unfortunately, they didn't carry it over very well to the Airstream Interstate.
