Does anyone know of an AC repair shop in the Phoenix, AZ area that is familiar with ProAir equipment. Any leads would be helpful Thanks.

I have been looking since August as well for ANY shop that would be able look at my ProAir 12V Undermount. I managed to finally find a shop here in the Toronto area but I think there should be more options throughout the US. I'd like to know as well, where I can have the system looked at while in the US.

I don't know about ProAir, but I believe that many who own Coachmen B vans had been trading out their Pro Air and other AC for the Truma AC. I believe that there is a Truma service in the Phx Area..

Does Truma make a 12V Undermount AC product as well? Something I'd consider in the future if I run into further problems with my ProAir unit.

The Truma Aventa is 120V and is a relatively easy retrofit, I am told....there were so many problems w the Pro-Air.....Aventa will run off of Lithium w/inverter, or plugged in or w genny....Not sure what your rig is....

Actually I've had really good experiences with my ProAir for the most part. I'm in a Roadtrek 210 Popular and love how powerful and efficient the 12V system mounted underneath is, providing some extra storage and no weight on the roof (the body of the 210 is fiberglass). I can typically run the air conditioning off my batteries overnight without any concerns. I do like things chilly, so if I can find a lightweight AC roof unit that the fiberglass roof can handle with newer efficiency and QUIET tech, I'm all in!

You should google the Truma Aventa and take a look, it runs really quiet...I am still running my Dometic rooftop AC on my 2018 Crossfit it still cools great when I need it!
