There is a thread on the forum now asking for information related to use of a new class C from Airstream, and when I looked it up they listed the Zeus and the add on alternators looked like ARCO units. The power system is listed as used in their Bs also so hopefully will be able to get some user information on them. It appears that system is all over 10k watt hour sizes and will probably be on very expensive class Bs.
I looked at the just our Zeus, and talked to them, when they first came out a year or so ago to see how they addressed the warts that the Wakespeed I used were taken care of. The advertised the Zeus as a substitute for a Wakespeed but without the issues they have.
With more and more coming out about Battleborn's overheating/fire potential problems, on top of their issues of being not cost competitive anymore, the future of Dragonfly who owns both Battleborn and Wakespeed might be in question. If Wakespeed goes out of business, I am stuck with and orphan that I probably would replace with a Zeus so information on how it is doing would useful.
The unit discussed in the other thread was a Sprinter small C and probably has a Lithionics battery bank as they sell the Zeus and integrate it with their batteries. It could be a nice setup, I think, but one thing that gives me pause if the Firefly control system on it.
