Black & Decker Simple Start Battery Booster

I bought one of these in case the battery should fail in one of our vehicles...igenious idea - but it is a dud!!! From the first step, it does not follow its own procedures. I picked it up at my local W/M.
I went on line and checked it out....Amazon had about 94 reviews - the greater majority said it was worthless; others said they got it to charge up, but then it wouldn't work anyway. At $48.00 - took it back and write off yet another B&D product. I know...should have done the homework first, but I didn't ha!!! Happy New Year to all, Ron

We had one of those too, not sure where Chino bought it. We carried it around in the Stowaway in case the RV needed a jump somewhere remote. The one time we needed it, the darn thing didn't work.
