Clean the Leaves Out of Heater/Evaporator Plenum

I hadn't cleaned the heater/evaporator plenum in about a year or so. So I cleaned it as described here:

I figured running the fan would just push the mess inward against the expansion coils. If your way works as good as you say, it's pretty quick and easy. The plastic housing at the bottom of my windshield is not snug to the glass and also catches leaves, but I did not know they were going into...

I was amazed at the amount of small leaves in the plenum; probably about a hundred. This needs to be an annual maintenance item for me.

I recommend checking the plenum, especially if you live or camp where there are a lot of trees.

Our 2010 210 Popular is not our daily drive and lives under an oak tree that drops leaves year round. We built a bibb out of reflectix that keeps leaves and etcetera out of that area.
